ABOUT BEST HORIZON
Best Horizon is a Lisbon-based pre-seed and seed investor founded in 2014 (Best Horizon - SGPS, Unipessoal Lda) that backs innovative ICT startups with small tickets, typically in the tens of thousands to around €160K.
