ABOUT HEED CAPITAL
Heed Capital is a Lisbon-based independent asset management company (SGOIC) supervised by the CMVM, established in 2003 as Dunas Capital Portugal and since rebranded. It manages more than €350M in assets and advisory mandates for institutional and private investors across mutual funds (bonds, equities, money market), alternative funds in real estate and venture capital, discretionary portfolio management, structuring of SICs and real-estate club deals, and financial advisory. Its five closed alternative funds (Golden Heed, Golden Bridge, Iberian Student Living, Vega Fund and Aston Gold) are real-estate or tourism vehicles, and since 2020 the firm has raised over €100M from more than 300 Golden Visa investors of 25+ nationalities. The team of around 18–25 professionals is led by CEO and Chairman Joaquim Luiz Gomes, with Pedro Alves as Chief Investment Officer; in 2026 the firm announced plans to expand in Spain. Heed Capital is a member of APFIPP, APPII, APCRI and CCILB.
