ABOUT STARTUP LISBOA
Startup Lisboa is a Lisbon incubator founded in 2012 and run by Lisbon Municipality together with Montepio and IAPMEI, supporting pre-seed startups across all sectors with office space, mentorship, and access to its investor community. Startup Lisboa also operates the Rocket acceleration program, which has supported more than 80 startups to date. Companies associated with the incubator include Uniplaces, Codacy, Hole19, Indie Campers, Defined.ai, and 360imprimir, spanning marketplaces, developer tools, sports tech, mobility, and data. Its multi-sector, pre-seed mandate and institutional backing from the city, Montepio, and IAPMEI make it a first stop for early founders in the Portuguese capital, combining physical workspace with structured acceleration through Rocket.
