Vibecap SCR, trading as Vibe Capital Partners, is a CMVM-regulated sociedade de capital de risco founded in 2023 and based in Algés, near Lisbon. It is an Iberian private equity firm that acquires and actively manages small and medium-sized companies in Portugal and Spain, prioritising stable businesses with diversified, international customer bases and growth potential, and creating value through operational improvement, strategic focus and disciplined capital allocation. The founding team, including Partners António Bernardo (former Global Deputy CEO of Roland Berger), Daniel Viana and Caetano Oliveira (both formerly of Oxy Capital) and Ana Leite (formerly Explorer Investments), has collectively deployed over €850M across more than 30 Iberian transactions. Its first fund, Vibe Capital I, has been in market since 2024; the firm is a PRI signatory and its funds are SFDR Article 8 compliant.
