MAZE Impact is a Lisbon-based impact venture capital firm and social finance intermediary founded in 2013 and a certified B Corp. It manages around €45M and invests €100K to €1M at pre-seed, seed and Series A in companies with measurable social and environmental impact across Europe, with roughly 30% of capital allocated to Portuguese companies. Its portfolio of 50+ companies includes GoParity, UpHill Health, Origin by Ocean, Umami Bioworks, Connect Earth, Samara, FlexSea, Exogenus Therapeutics and Your Juno, with exits including Kitch (acquired by Glovo) and Springkode (acquired by PlatformE). In 2026 the firm announced two new vehicles: a €25M health and climate fund with a scientific base, expected to launch in late 2026, and a €40M social-housing fund to buy apartments in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area for Housing First programmes, expected in early 2027. The firm is led by founder and Managing Partner António Miguel, with Partners Margarida Anselmo and Rita Casimiro and Sofia Queiroz as Partner of the Maze VC Fund.
