3xP Global is a Lisbon-based, CMVM-regulated impact investment firm (SCR) founded in September 2018 by Duarte Costa and, since January 2021, the first B Corp in Portugal's financial sector. It manages five funds totalling roughly €108M: the SIF Innovation Fund (€21.5M, 2020), a second fund (€10.5M, 2021), the Health Innovation Fund (€50M, 2023), the Responsible AI Fund (€1.47M, 2023) and the €25M Impact Innovation Fund (2024), the first Iberian impact fund managed exclusively by women and 70% co-financed by Portugal's Capitalisation and Resilience Fund. Its three verticals are health and life sciences, impact investing and responsible AI, with the Impact Innovation Fund writing tickets of €250K to €5M into post-proof-of-concept companies in Portugal and Spain. The portfolio of 26 companies includes Goparity, Bolsa Social, PeekMed, Leadzai, Kinetikos Health, Biometrid, Exogenus Therapeutics, ECO-ONE, Intuitivo, Qevo and nuAura Health. The firm is led by Founder and Managing Partner Duarte Costa and Executive Director Raúl Marques, with a board reconstituted in October 2025 adding non-executive members Rita Branco and Diogo Moreira-Rato; it is an Invest Europe member and UN PRI signatory.
